子宫肌瘤子宫全切术对卵巢内分泌功能影响的临床研究

目的研究子宫肌瘤子宫全切术对卵巢内分泌功能的影响。方法将潜江市中心医院于2008年4月至2012年6月收治的130例子宫肌瘤患者按照随机数字表法分为子宫全切组（63例）和子宫肌瘤剔除组（67例），采用免疫法监测对比两组患者的临床指标及症状。结果与术前比较，两组患者治疗后黄体生成素、促卵泡素、催乳素、雌二醇均有明显变化，子宫全切组变化更明显，黄体生成素、促卵泡素、催乳素增加，E2减少（P〈0．05）；两组患者治疗后临床症状比较差异有统计学意义（57．1％vs1．5％，P〈0．05）。结论子宫全切术对于患者的卵巢内分泌功能影响较大，严重影响了患者的生活质量水平。

Clinical Study of Uterine Fibroids Hysterectomy Effects on Ovarian Endocrine Function

Objective To study the effect of total hysterectomy for treatment of uterine fibroids on ovarian endocrine function. Methods The records of 130 cases of myoma of uterus from Qianjiang Central Hospital during April 2008 and June 2012 were divided into two groups according to the table of random number method ： hysterectomy group （ 63 cases） and myomectomy group （ 67 cases）, immunization monitoring was used to compare the clinical indicators and symptoms of the two groups. Results Compared with before operation, LH, FSH,E2 ,PRL had obviously changed in the two groups, and changes in hysterectomy group were more obvious. LH, FSH, PRL increased （ P 〈 0.05 ） , and E2 decreased （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; the clinical symptoms of the two groups after treatment were statistically significantly different （57. 1% vs 1.5% ） （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclu- sion Total hysterectomy influence on ovarian endocrine function is bigger, which seriously affects the patient＇s quality of life.
