精神分裂症患者血清IgG0、总IgG及CIC水平的相关性

摘    要:目的探讨精神分裂症患者血清中IgG0、总IgG及循环免疫球蛋白(CIC)的水平,以及三者的相关性。方法选取2012年3月在解放军第261医院住院的精神分裂症患者39例,同时选取健康体检者41例为正常对照组,检测精神分裂症患者及正常对照组人员血清中IgG0、总IgG及CIC水平,采用直线相关分析法分析三者间的相关性。结果正常对照组血清IgG0与血清总IgG及CIC水平均无显著相关性(r=-0.0254,-0.0582,P〉0.05),但总IgG与CIC呈显著正相关(r=0.3163,P〈0.05);精神分裂症患者血清IgG0水平与CIC水平呈显著正相关(r=0.4128,P〈0.01),但患者血清IgG0与总IgG(r=-0.0899,P〉0.05)、总IgG与CIC(r=00538,P〉0.05)无显著相关性。结论精神分裂症患者血清中IgG发生了过度糖基化修饰,参与了患者免疫损伤的病理过程,IgG0可能是患者血清C1C滞留与清除障碍的分子基础。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the correlation among serum lgG0, total lgG and circulating immune eomplexes( CIC ) levels in patients with schizophrenia. Methods Thirty-nine cases of patients with schizophrenia and 41 healthy controls from 261^st Hospital of PLA in March 2012 were investigated. The relationships among serum IgG0 ,total IgG and CIC levels in patients with schizophrenia were investigated by rectilinear correlation analysis. Results In healthy people, there was no significant correlation between IgG0 and total IgG or between IgG0 and CIC respectively( r = - 0. 0254, - 0. 0582,P 〉 0.05 ). There was signifi- cant positive correlation between IgG0 and CIC ( r = 0.3163, P 〈 0.05 ). In addition, a significant positive correlation between serum IgG and CIC in patients with schizophrenia( r = 0. 4128, P 〈 0.01 ) was observed, but there was no significant correlation between IgG0 and total IgG ( r = - 0. 0899, P 〉 0. 05 ) or between IgG and CIC ( r = 0. 0538, P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion Excessive glycosylation of serum IgG in patients with schizophrenia plays an important role in pathological changes induced by immunological injury. Meanwhile, IgG0 may be the molecular basis of the retention and elimination dysfunction of CIC.
