棒状杆菌条件致病菌临床感染及棒状杆菌的临床应用

棒状杆菌属除白喉棒状杆菌外,其他棒状杆菌一般认为是条件致病菌,寄生在人类口腔、鼻腔、咽喉部、外耳道、眼结膜、外阴和皮肤等处,可引起抵抗力低下的宿主发生各类感染。棒状杆菌属中的短小棒状杆菌是一种强有力的免疫激活剂,具有抑制肿瘤生长和转移的作用,在人肿瘤免疫治疗中,作为非特异性免疫激活剂被广泛研究和用于临床。
