乳腺肿块85例彩色多普勒超声图像分析

目的评价高频彩色多普勒显像(CDFI)超声对乳腺肿块的诊断价值。方法对手术病理证实的85例乳腺肿块的连缘形态、内部钙化、后方回声、周围组织及CDFI血流信号情况等彩超图像进行分析。结果超声与手术病理对照,超声诊断符合率91%,绝大多数的恶性肿块超声特点:外形不规则,内回声不均,砂粒样钙化、后方衰减,纵横径比值>0.77,CDFI检出血流信号99%左右,RI>0·75等,但也有例外,特别是小乳癌。结论彩色多普勒超声对乳腺肿块检出率100%,且肿块性质的判定对临床手术有较高的指导价值。

Color Doppler Ultrasonic Imaging Analysis on 85 Cases' Breast Masses

Objective To evaluate the ul trasonic diagnostic value of color Doppler flow imaging (CDFI) to breast masses. Methods Color ultrasonic imaging analysis of 85 cases' breast m asses pathologically confirmed by operation was carried out on the aspects of ma rginal form, inner calcification, back echo, surrounding tisue, CDFI blood strea m signal, and so on. Results The accordance rate of ultrasonic diagnosis was 91%, ca librated by surgical pathology. Apart from some exceptions such as small breast cancer, most malignant masses' ultrasonic characteristics were as followings: ir regular shape, uneven inner echo and subdued back echo, and sand granule-like c alcification. Their other signs included that the ratio of vertical-traverse di ameters was more than 0.77, blood stream signal measured by CDFI accounted for a bout 90%, and that resistance index (RI) was higher than 0.75. Conclusion CDFI takes an diagnostic role in determining the cha racter of breast mass and in guiding clinical operation.
