| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨超声乳化白内障摘除及人工晶体植入患者系统的护理措施,达到巩固疗效、促进康复的目的。方法:通过对315例白内障患者进行术前、术中和术后的详细观察及护理。结果:315例患者手术成功率达100%,视力手动/眼前提高到了0.5以上,最高可达1.2,无1例出现并发症。结论:超声乳化白内障摘除及人工晶体植入患者的术前、术中和术后护理,尤其是术前的充分准备,术后的病情观察及预防并发症的护理,对于巩固手术疗效,促进患者康复起着至关重要的作用。

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the nursing management of intraocular lens implantation in ultrasoni,c emulsification of cataract extraction.To maintance the effect and healing.Method:Nursing observing on 315 cases cataract extraction before and after operation.Result:There's no complication in 315 cases,The eyesight were improved 0.5 even 1.2.Conclusion:It's important,to the effect of.intraocular lens implantation in ultrasonic emulsification of cataract extraction patients with good preparation before operation ang observing of disease and nursing of preventing the complication. |
