| 摘 要： | 肺癌是胸部肿瘤中发病率和死亡率最高的恶性肿瘤，医护人员甚至许多普通百姓都对其耳熟能详，但另一类胸部肿瘤——恶性胸膜间皮瘤却“深藏闺中无人识”。恶性间皮瘤是一种少见的高度侵袭性肿瘤，起源于胸膜、腹膜和心包腔的被覆问皮细胞，其中恶性胸膜间皮瘤最常见，约占70％。有研究显示在我国由于临床医生对该病的认识不足，高达2／3的患者被误诊。
