高校大学生皮肤病患病情况分析

目的统计分析大学生皮肤病的患病情况,探寻切实有效的预防措施,作好预防保健工作,尤其是做好大学新生皮肤病预防工作。方法对我校2007级、2008级两届新生入校后两月内在校医院就诊的皮肤病患病同学进行登记,另根据我院门诊病历,统计2006级、2007级(大二、大三)学生2008年1月-2009年1月患皮肤病病例,再对资料整理、统计、分析。结果新生和大二、大三学生皮肤病患者中,荨麻疹类皮肤病病例占皮肤病总数的比例都是最大。两届新生入校后两月内皮肤病发病数1248例,其中2007级发病数569例,发病率21.37%;2008级发病数679例,发病率23.09%。均高于大二、大三年级学生2008年年发病率10.58%,差异有统计学意义(p<0.01)。两届新生入校两月内患皮肤病后二次就诊率43.12%,高于大二、大三年级学生20.39%,差异有统计学意义(p<0.01)。大二、大三学生2008年皮肤病年发病率无统计学差异(p>0.05)。结论我校大学新生入校两月内皮肤病发病率高,二次就诊率高。

Incidence of Skin Diseases in College Students

Objective The cases of dermatitis were analyzed in the study to seek practical and effective preventive measures of dermatitis and good health-care among college students(especially the freshmen).Methods Cases of dermatitis of the freshmen,who entered North Sichuan Medical College(NSMC) in 2007 and 2008 and visited the school hospital in their first two months,were registered;dermatitis cases in Grade 2006 students(juniors) and Grade 2007 students(sophomores) were also analyzed between January,2008 and January,2009.Results Urticaria cases took the biggest proportion in all the skin diseases.There were 1248 cases of dermatitis among Grade 2007 and Grade 2008 freshmen in their first two months,569 cases in Grade 2007 students(incidence 21.37%) and 679 cases(23.09%) in Grade 2008 students.The incidence of skin disease among freshmen was much higher than that(10.58%) of the sophomores and juniors(p<0.01).The rate of freshmen's re-treatment in the first two months was 43.12%,higher than that(20.39%) of the sophomores and junior(p<0.01).There was no statistic difference in the incidences between sophomores and juniors(p>0.05).Conclusion There were a high incidence and a high re-treatment rate of dermatitis among the freshmen during the first two months in their first semester.
