| 摘 要： | 目的：比较腹腔化疗和静脉化疗对胃肠道癌术后患者免疫功能的影响。方法：40例胃肠道癌患者随机分为两组，每组20例，一组接受腹腔化疗，另一组接受静脉化疗，检测化疗前后患者血清中T细胞亚媲和sIL-2R水平，结果：化疗后血清CD3，CD4和sIL-2R水平较化疗前明显下降，两组间CD3，CD4，CD8变化无显著差异，腹腔化疗组化疗后血清sIL-2R水平显著低于静脉化疗组，结论：腹腔化疗比静脉化疗对机体免疫的影响小，提倡腹腔化疗。

| Abstract: | Objective:To compare the effect of postoperative intraperitoneal chemotherapy (PIC) on the immunity of gastrointestinal carcinoma (GC) patients with that of intravenous chemotherapy (IVC). Methods:40 patients were divided into two groups,one group received PIC and the other received IVC. The serum T lymphocyte subsets (T LS) and sIL 2R level before and after the chemotherapy were determined.Results:Serum CD 3,CD 4 and sIL 2R in GC patients were significantly decreased after the chemotherapy,however serum CD 3,CD 4,CD 8 levels were similar between PIC and IVC.Mean sIL 2R level in PIC group was lower than that in IVC.Conclusion:PIC affects the immunity more moderate than IVC dose and should be recommended as possible. |
