| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨牛磺联合维生素E对慢型乙型肝炎肝纤维化的影响.方法 将本院2003年5月至2006年5月慢型乙型肝炎患者66例,随机分为对照组和治疗组各33例,对照组给予保肝治疗;治疗组在保肝治疗的基础上,加用牛磺酸及维生素E,疗程6个月.比较两组治疗前后血清学及肝脏病理炎症积分,分析疗程结束时两组肝纤维化变化情况.结果 治疗组血清学指标、炎症、纤维化积分较治疗前有明显下降（P＜0.05）,而对照组无显著性改变.结论 牛磺酸联合维生素E对肝纤维化的发展具有一定的阻断作用,且具有价格便宜、疗效较好、无明显副作用的特点,值得临床推广应用.

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the anti-liver fibrotic effects of taurine combined with vitamin E. Methods 66 patients with CHB-related liver fibrosis were allcated randomly into control group and taurine combined with vitamin E treatment group for 6 months' treatment. Liver fibrosis before and after 6 months were assessed. Results Hepatic inflammatory score, fibrosis score decreased significantly, in contrasrt, there were no significant change in control group.The inversion rate in each pathgenic stage and totoal inversion rate in treatment group was higher than that in control group. There was statistically significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion Taurine combined with vitamin E has anti-fibrotic effect on chronic hepatitis B (CHB)-related fibrosis and may have potential value for clinical use. |
