沙美特罗替卡松治疗25例稳定期COPD患者临床观察

目的应用St George＇s呼吸疾病问卷评分评估舒利迭（沙美特罗替卡松）治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）稳定期的疗效。方法选择本院及汤南中心卫生院50例COPD稳定期患者,对照组25例给予抗感染、止咳祛痰、氨茶碱、解痉平喘等常规治疗,观察组在此基础上给予吸入舒利迭（沙美特罗替卡松）50μg/250μg治疗,两组患者分别在治疗前后进行St George＇s呼吸疾病问卷调查,记录评分。结果治疗组治疗前后St George＇s呼吸疾病问卷评分对比有明显改善（P〈0.05）,但对照组无改善（P〉0.05）。结论舒利迭（沙美特罗替卡松）50μg/250μg对稳定期的COPD患者有显著疗效,可以减少临床症状,提高活动能力,改善患者生活质量。

Efficacy associated with Salmeterol Xinafoate and fluticasone propionate Power for inhalation(SFC) In 25 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease stable phase: randomized controlled clinical observation

Objective To understand the efficacy using Salmeterol Xinafoate and fluticasone propionate Power for inhalation(SFC) accuhaler in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) stable phase.Assessed with St.George’s respiratory disease questionnaire.Methods 25 cases of patients with COPD stable phase in our hospital in the control group were given oxygen,anti-infative,cough expectorant,aminophylline,antispasmodic and other conventional treatment.Basing on the above,the observation group were given SFC 50μg/250μg.The two groups of patients were assessed with St George’s respiratory disease questionnaire before and after treatment.Results After the treatment,the patients in the SFC group improved significantly(P <0.05);but the other group didn`t improved(P >0.05).Conclusion SFC 50μg/250μg can reduce the clinical symptoms,improve mobility and quality of COPD stable phase patient’s life.
