莫沙必利联合复方聚乙二醇电解质散在肠道准备中的应用

目的观察莫沙必利联合复方聚乙二醇电解质散在肠道准备中的临床效果。方法将244例进行肠镜检查的患者分为两组,对照组（122例）仅使用复方聚乙二醇电解质散清洁肠道,治疗组（122例）使用莫沙必利联合复方聚乙二醇电解质散清洁肠道。对两组患者肠道清洁度、耐受率、不良反应等进行比较。结果治疗组患者肠道清洁度与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义,患者的不良反应发生率低于对照组,患者耐受率明显高于对照组（P〈0.01）。结论莫沙必利联合复方聚乙二醇电解质散作肠道清洁准备可以减少不良反应,同时提高患者的耐受率。

Applicaion of mosapride and polyethylene glycol electrolytes powder in colonscopy preparation

Objective To observe the clinical effects of mosapride and polyethylene glycol electrolytes powder for colonscopy preparation.Methods 244 adult patients undergoing colonscopy examination were equally divided into the control group and the treatment group.The control group(122 cases) only received polyethylene glycol electrolytes powder for bowel cleansing,while the treatment group used mosapride combined with polyethylene glycol electrolytes powder for bowel cleansing.The intestinal cleanliness,tolerance rate and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results No statistical difference in the intestinal cleanliness was found between the treatment group and the control group.The adverse reaction rate in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group and the tolerance rate in the treatment group was obviously higher than that in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Using mosapride combined with polyethylene glycol electrolytes for colonscopy preparation can reduce the adverse reactions and increase the tolerance rate of patients.
