摘    要:目的探讨海带多糖在实验性2型糖尿病小鼠中的降血糖作用。方法健康昆明小鼠60只,高脂饲料喂养并腹腔注射四氧嘧啶制备2型糖尿病动物模型,昆布多糖灌胃治疗。自动血糖仪测小鼠空腹血糖(FBG),免疫电化学发光法检测血清胰岛素水平,酶联免疫吸附法检血清胰淀素水平。结果经海带多糖治疗后,动物FBG水平较模型组显著降低(P<0.05);血清胰岛素和胰淀素水平较模型组显著升高(P<0.05)。结论海带多糖能促进胰岛细胞的分泌功能,发挥降糖作用。

Abstract:Objective To study the hypoglycemic effect of Laminaria Japonica polysaccharide (LJPS) in type 2 diabetes mellitus (DM) model mice. Methods Type 2 DM models were established in healthy mice by feeding fat-rich forage and injecting alloxan. LJPS was administered orally to treat the mice. Fasting blood glucose (FBG) levels were detected using an automatic blood glucose device. Electrochemiluminescence immunoassay (ECLIA) was applied to determine serum insulin level. Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) determined amylin level in serum. Results After LJPS treatment, FBG in the treatment groups decreased significantly in comparison with the model group (P <0.05), and the levels of insulin and amylin in serum increased significantly in comparison with the model group (P <0.05). Conclusions LJPS has hypoglycemic effect that involves recovery of islet cell secretion.
