| 摘 要： | 目的:研究肝达乐对四氯化碳急性肝损伤大鼠和小鼠的保肝作用.方法:以CCl4造成小鼠和大鼠急性肝损伤模型,给予肝达乐干预,检测血清谷丙转氨酶(ALT),谷草转氨酶(AST),肝组织超氧化物歧化酶(SOD),丙二醛(MDA)含量,观察肝达乐的抗肝损伤作用.结果:肝达乐对CCl4造成的急性肝损伤大鼠和小鼠ALT,AST活性有显著的降低作用,可显著降低大鼠肝组织MDA水平,升高SOD水平.结论:肝达乐对四氯化碳急性肝损伤有显著的保肝作用.其机制可能与其抗氧化损伤有关.

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the efects of Gantale against liver damage by CCl4 in rats and mice.Methods:With CCl4 to build the acute mouse and rats liver injury mode1.Gantale was given intragastrically in the treated groups.At the end of test,concen trations of ALT and AST in mouse and rats serum,activity of SOD、the contents of MDA in rats liver homogenate were detected.Re sults: Gantale can significantly inhibit the elevation of ALT and AST in mouse and rats seram,Gantale can significantly decreased MDA content in rats liver homogenate,and can significantly increased the content of SOD in liver rats homogenate.Conclusion:Gantale showed a marked protective effect against acute liver damage in rats and mice. |
