| 摘 要： | 放射性核素自动分装仪的研制,改变了过去手工分装过程,减少了辐射、提高了分装核素的准确性。该系统的控制核心为工业用可编程控制器(Programmable Logical Controller,PLC),辅以触摸屏、精确的注射器驱动模块、剂量仪、打印机等组成。触摸屏提供输入输出界面,完成各种核素各种不同剂量的分装的设置。所用管路、注射器等全部为一次性无菌用品,该装置已投入试用,放入热室中,达到放射防护要求,满足临床需求。该仪器已经申请国家实用新型技术发明专利。

| Abstract: | An automated radiopharmaceutical dispenser, that offers several advantages over manual procedures, has been developed. It employs a programmable logical controller interfaced to a precision syringe drive module, a dose calibrator, and a printer. The operating program provides menu - selection operation and documentation of procedures and individual doses delivered. All materials in contact with the radiopharmaceutical are sterile and disposable. A novel hotcell is employed to further reduce radiation exposure. |
