伴有CD7抗原表达的急性白血病的基因表型和细胞来源

用MPO,CD3ε和IgH等多种基因标志并结合免疫分型研究了9例伴有CD7抗原表达的急性白血病的基因表型和细胞来源。结果发现,4例有典型的急性髓系白血病(AML)的形态学和组化染色特征并表达MPO基因,但对CD3εmRNA阴性,属于AML伴有CD7抗原表达;3例对胞浆CD3抗原和CD3ε基因阳性,但未检测出MPO基因,属于早期T细胞来源;1例同时检测出MPO和CD3ε基因,考虑为T/粒两种细胞来源,另外1例只检测出MPO基因,属于早期粒细胞来源。上述结果提示,伴有CD7抗原表达的急性白血病实际上是T、粒等多种细胞来源的白血病。

Genotype and Cell Origin of Acute Leukemias Associated with Expression of CD7 Antigen

The genotype and cell origin of acute leukemias associated with CD7 antigen expression were studied by MPO, CD3e and IgH cDNA probe and immunophenotype. The results showed that four cases who expressed the cCD3 antigen and CD3e gene were considered as early T cell origin. Three cases who showed positive for MPO cytochemistry staining and MPO gene were diagnosed as acute myeloid leukemia. One case who expressed both CD3 antigen and MPO gene was considered as T/myeloid cell origins. The last one who only expressed MPO gene was considered as early myeloid cell origin. It is suggested that acute leukemias associated with CD7 antigen may be come from different early T cells and myeloid cells.
