| 摘 要： | 生长因子具有广泛的生物学作用。勃起功能障碍(ED)的基因治疗是ED治疗的新探索,本文就生长因子,尤其是血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)和胰岛素样生长因子1(IGF-1)在ED基因治疗中的作用和价值作一综述。

| Abstract: | Growth factors have a universal bioactivity.Gene therapy is a new strategy in dealing with erectile dysfunction(ED).This paper presents an overview on the value of growth factors,particularly the vascular epithelial growth factor(VEGF) and insulin-like growth factor 1(IGF-1),in the treatment of ED. |
