| 阴茎异物嵌套的处理和性心理分析 |

| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨阴茎异物嵌套的处理方法并分析引起异物嵌套的性心理因素。方法:回顾性分析阴茎嵌套患者解除异物的经验。21例患者,年龄19~61岁,嵌套时间为10 h~14 d,嵌套物为金属或塑料环状物。结果:5例患者在阴茎涂抹润滑油后直接取下嵌套物;4例患者嵌套使用10号注射针头行双侧阴茎海绵体放血后,涂抹润滑油取下嵌套物;8例患者使用老虎剪直接剪断嵌套物;2例患者使用牙科钻切断嵌套物;2例严重嵌套者,嵌套异物为轴承等坚硬物质,在腰麻下将嵌套远端阴茎皮肤脱套至冠状沟处,同时使用10号注射针头行阴茎海绵体放血后取出。结论:处理阴茎异物嵌套应该从简单到复杂的操作开始尝试,对于那些难以切割的异物,可以采用阴茎脱套术,但需注意阴茎皮瓣的存活情况。
