| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨通心络治疗不稳定型心绞痛的临床效果。方法：对160例不稳定型心绞痛患者随机分为通心络组(80例)和鲁南欣康组(80例)。通心络组口服通心络胶囊，3粒／次，3次／d；鲁南欣康组口服鲁南欣康(单硝酸异山梨酯)，20mg／次，2次／d，疗程3周。结果：两组总有效率分别为87．50％和85．00％；通心络组在改善心肌缺血方面优于鲁南欣康组。结论：通心络治疗不稳定型心绞痛效果良好，优于鲁南欣康，值得临床推广。

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Tongxinluo in treating unstable angina pectoris. Methods:160 unstable angina pectoris patie nts were divided into tow groups of Tongxinluo and Lunanxinkang.Eeach group con s isted of 80 cases.The group of the former was given Tongxinluo orally,3 # tid; the group of latter was given Lunanxinkang orally,20mg bid.The course of treatme nt was three weeks.Results:The former total efficacy was 87 50% and the latter w as 85.00%;the former was better than that of the latter in treating ischemic hea rt disease. Conclusion:The effect of Tongxinluo in treating unstable angina pe ctoris is better than that of Lunanxinkang. |
