超离子治疗颈部松弛的效果及对颈部肤质的影响

观察超离子治疗颈部皮肤松弛的效果及对颈部肤质的影响。方法 选取2023年1月-6月深圳 澳玛星光悦容医疗美容诊所收治的44例颈部皮肤松弛患者为研究对象，根据治疗方法不同分为对照组与观察 组，各22例。对照组予以常规疗法，观察组予以超离子治疗，比较两组颈部皮肤改善情况、颈部美观度、 满意度及不良反应发生情况。结果 观察组治疗后颈横纹动态评分、颈部容积静态评分、颈部松弛静态及 动态评分低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）；观察组治疗1、2、3次后总体美容改善评分高于对 照组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）；观察组满意度高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）；观察 组不良反应发生率为4.55%，低于对照组的13.64%，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。结论 超离子治疗颈 部皮肤松弛效果较好，能够有效改善颈部肤质，促进总体美容度改善，且不良反应发生几率较低，临床满 意度较高。

Effect of Superion Therapy on Neck Skin Relaxation and its Influence on Neck Skin Texture

To observe the effect of superion therapy on neck skin relaxation and its effect on neck skin texture. Methods A total of 44 patients with neck skin relaxation admitted to Shenzhen Aoma Xingguang Yuelong Medical Beauty Clinic from January to June 2023 were selected as the research objects. According to different treatment methods, they were divided into control group and observation group, with 22 patients in each group. The control group was treated with conventional therapy, and the observation group was treated with superion therapy. The improvement of neck skin, neck aesthetics, satisfaction and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the dynamic score of neck transverse striation, static score of neck volume, static and dynamic scores of neck relaxation in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). The overall cosmetic improvement scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group after 1,2 and 3 times of treatment, and the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). The satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 4.55%, which was lower than 13.64% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Superion treatment of neck skin relaxation effect is good, which can effectively improve the neck skin, promote the overall cosmetic improvement, and the incidence of adverse reactions is low, the clinical satisfaction is high.
