种植修复、固定义齿修复牙列缺损的效果比较

比较种植修复和固定义齿修复在牙列缺损修复中的应用效果，以期为临床选择最佳的修复 方法提供参考。方法 选取我院2019年6月-2023年6月收治的100例牙列缺损患者为研究对象，随机分为对 照组和观察组，各50例。对照组予以传统固定义齿修复，观察组予以种植修复，比较两组临床疗效及牙周 健康状况。结果 观察组治疗总有效率为92.00%，高于对照组84.00%，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）；观 察组咀嚼功能、美观度评分高于对照组，龈沟出血指数及义齿菌斑指数低于对照组，差异有统计学意义 （P＜0.05）。结论 种植修复在恢复牙列缺损方面具有更好的功能和外观效果，对口腔卫生状况的改善具 有积极的影响，能够提供更牢固的支撑和更自然的外观，促进患者咀嚼功能恢复并提高自信心。

Comparison of the Effects of Implant Restoration and Fixed Denture Restoration on Dentition Defect

To compare the application effects of implant restoration and fixed denture restoration in dentition defect repair, so as to provide reference for clinical selection of the best restorationmethod . Methods A total of 100 patients with dentition defect admitted to our hospital from June 2019 to June 2023 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 50 patients in each group. The control group was treated with traditional fixed denture restoration, and the observation group was treated with implant restoration. The clinical efficacy and periodontal health status of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 92.00%, which was higher than 84.00% of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The masticatory function and aesthetic score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the gingival sulcus bleeding index and denture plaque index were lower than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Implant restoration has better functional and appearance effects in restoring dentition defects, and has a positive impact on the improvement of oral hygiene. Meanwhile, it can provide stronger support and more natural appearance, promote the recovery of masticatory function and improve self-confidence.
