全面性护理在眼部整形手术患者中的应用效果及对眼部功能的影响

分析对眼部整形手术患者予以全面性护理干预的临床效果。方法 选取徐州仁慈美容医院2021年1月-2023年8月收治的86例眼部整形门诊手术患者为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组，各43例。对照组采用常规护理，观察组采用全面性护理，比较两组临床相关指标、并发症发生情况及护理满意度。结果 观察组CAS评分低于对照组，拆线、红肿消退时间短于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组并发症发生率为4.65%，低于对照组的20.93%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组护理满意度为96.67%，高于对照组的81.40%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 予以眼部整形手术患者全面性护理可减少并发症发生几率，促进患者术后恢复，改善眼部功能，且患者满意度较高，值得临床应用。

Application Effect of Comprehensive Nursing in Patients with Eye Plastic Surgery and itsEffect on Eye Function

To analyze the clinical effect of comprehensive nursing intervention for patients with eye plastic surgery.Methods A total of 86 patients undergoing eye plastic surgery in Xuzhou Renci Aesthetic Hospital from January 2021 to August2023 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and observation group by random numbertable method, with 43 patients in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was givencomprehensive nursing. The clinical related indexes, complications and nursing satisfaction were compared between the twogroups. Results The CAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the time of suture removaland swelling regression was shorter than that of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 4.65%, which was lower than 20.93% in the control group, and thedifference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 96.67%, which was higherthan 81.40% of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing forpatients undergoing eye plastic surgery can reduce the incidence of complications, promote postoperative recovery, improve eyefunction, and patients'' satisfaction is high, which is worthy of clinical application.
