全瓷牙技术在前牙美容修复中的美学效果

探究在前牙美容修复中应用全瓷牙技术的美学效果。方法 选取2019年1月-2021年12月于 本院口腔科行前牙美容修复的100例患者为研究对象，随机分为对照组和试验组，每组50例。对照组给 予金属合金烤瓷牙修复，试验组给予全瓷牙技术修复，比较两组美学效果、不良反应发生情况及满意 度。结果 试验组治疗后整体美观程度、前牙色泽度及心理期待改善程度评分均高于对照组，差异 有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）；试验组不良反应发生率为2.00%，低于对照组的24.00%，差异有统计学意 义（P ＜0.05）；试验组满意度为96.00%，高于对照组的70.00%，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。结论 全瓷牙技术在前牙美容修复中的美学效果理想，且修复后不良反应发生风险较低，患者满意度较高。

Aesthetic Effect of All-ceramic Dental Technology in Aesthetic Restoration of Anterior Teeth

To explore the aesthetic effect of the application of all-ceramic tooth technology in the aesthetic restoration of anterior teeth. Methods A total of 100 patients who underwent aesthetic restoration of anterior teeth in the Department of Stomatology of our hospital from January 2019 to December 2021 were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, with 50 patients in each group. The control group was given metal alloy porcelain tooth repair, and the experimental group was given all-ceramic tooth technology repair. The aesthetic effects, adverse reactions and satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the scores of overall aesthetics, anterior teeth color and psychological expectation improvement in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was 2.00%, which was lower than 24.00% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The satisfaction rate of the experimental group was 96.00%, which was higher than 70.00% of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The aesthetic effect of allceramic dental technology in the aesthetic restoration of anterior teeth is ideal, and the risk of adverse reactions after repair is low, and the patient satisfaction is high.
