摘    要:海绵共附生真菌次级代谢产物具有独特的化学结构和显著的生物学活性,是创新药物研发的重要来源。这些次级代谢产物对金黄色葡萄球菌(Staphylococcus aureus)、大肠杆菌(Escherichia coli)、枯草芽孢杆菌(Bacillus subtilis)等多种致病菌株具有潜在的抗菌活性。本文综述了2002—2020年之间经文献报道的85个源自海绵共附生真菌的具有抗菌活性的次级代谢产物,结构类型包括生物碱类、聚酮类、蒽醌类、甾体类、肽类及萜类,旨在为抗菌药物进一步研究提供参考。

Abstract:The secondary metabolites from sponge-associated fungi have a unique chemical structure and significant biological activity and are an important source of innovative drug development. These secondary metabolites have potential antibacterial activity against various pathogenic strains such as Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli, and Bacillus subtilis. This article reviews 85 secondary metabolites with antibacterial activity derived from sponge-associated fungi reported from 2002 to 2020. The structure types include alkaloids, polyketones, quinone terpenes, steroids, peptides, etc. This review intends to give a reference for antibacterial drug research.
