消化性溃疡急性穿孔160例临床分析

目的:总结消化性溃疡穿孔的手术治疗效果及医疗经济费用。方法:对160例消化性溃疡穿孔采用穿孔单纯缝合修补组80例和采用胃大部分切除术Ⅰ期根治组80例进行比较分析。结果:两组均无死亡病例,临床治愈率100%,随访1至3年,消化性溃疡穿孔修补组再次行Ⅱ期胃大部分切除56例。继续服药治疗24例。消化性溃疡穿孔行胃大部分切除组无溃疡复发,不需要继续服药治疗。结论:消化性溃疡急性穿孔以胃大部分切除Ⅰ期根治术的方法疗效确切,避免Ⅱ期再次手术或长期服药治疗,医疗费用比较低。

Clinical Analysis of 160 Urgent Peptic Ulcer Perforation Cases

Objective: To summarize the operation effect and medical cost of peptic ulcer perforation patients.Method: 80 perforation cases with simple suture repair and 80 cases with one stage subtotal gastrectomy were compared.Result: Recovery rates of both groups were 100%.The patients were followed up visited for 1 to 3 years.56 neoplasty group patients had the second subtotal gastrectomy.There is no ulcer recurrence case in the excision group.And these cases didn't need continued peroral administration therapy.Conclusion: To the urgent peptic ulcer perforation patients,curative effect of one stage subtotal gastrectomy was good.The cases were avoided with the second operation and long-term peroral administration therapy,and with lower medical cost.
