2004～2006年我院抗酸药及抗溃疡药临床应用分析

目的：了解2004～2006年连续3年抗酸药及抗渍疡药在我院的应用情况及用药趋势。方法：收集2004～2006年我院抗酸及抗渍疡用药的品种、消耗量，并将其分类，求其消耗金额，按限定日剂量及金额排序法计算用药频度（DDDs）、日用药金额（DDDc）并进行分析。结果：奥美拉唑在抗溃疡药注射剂消耗金额中占70％，口服质子泵抑制剂（PPI）中埃索美拉唑消耗量最大，铝碳酸镁是最普遍应用的抗酸药。结论：3年来我院抗酸药及抗溃疡药消耗金额逐年递增，住院患者使用抗渍疡药注射剂消耗金额排名首位、口服抗溃疡药以PPI为主、口服抗酸药几乎被铝碳酸镁所取代。新型抗溃疡药有被临床看好的趋势。

Utilization of Antiacids and Anti - ulcer Agents in Our Hospital During 2004～2006

OBJECTIVE ： To investigate the utilization of antiacids and anti - ulcer agents in our hospital during 2004 ～ 2006. METHODS： Data regarding the drug variety, consumption amount, consumption sum of antiacid and anti - ulcer drugs were analyzed statistically. And the DDDs and DDCs of which were derived by ranking defined daily dose and consumption sum. RESULTS： Among all the antiulcer injections, Omeprazole represented 70% in consumption sum; Esomeprazole took the biggest proportion in oral proton pump inhibitors （PPI） PL. Among all the antiacid drugs used, hydrotalcite was used universally. CONCLUSION ： The consumption sum of antiacids and anti - ulcer drugs increased year by year during 2004 ～ 2006; the consumption sum of antiulcer injections for inpatients took the lead; PPI were the dominant kind among all the oral antiulcer drugs, and the oral anti - acid drugs have almost been replaced by hydrotalcite. New anti - ulcer drugs assume a promising future in clinical application.
