三黄胶囊的质量标准研究

目的：建立三黄胶囊的质量标准。方法：采用ＴＬＣ法对处方中的大黄、盐酸小檗碱、黄芩甙等进行鉴别；用可见分光光度法测定大黄中总蒽醌的含量；用薄层扫描法测定盐酸小檗碱的含量；用ＨＰＬＣ法测定黄芩总甙的含量。结果：在ＴＬＣ色谱中均能检出大黄、盐酸小檗碱和黄芩甙；含量限度总蒽醌为不少于６．０ｍｇ／粒；盐酸小檗碱不少于７．０ｍｇ／粒，黄芩甙不少于２２．０ｍｇ／粒。结论：所建立的方法对处方中各组分可准确、快速地

Studies on Quality Control Standard of Shanhuang Capsules

Objective: To establish the quality control standard of Sanhuang Capsules.Methods:Applying the technique of TLC to identify Rhubarb, Berberine hydrochloride and Baicalin. Applying spectrophotometry to determining the content of total anthraquinone of Rhubarb, using HPLC to determine the content of baicalin, using TLC scanning to determine the content of berberine hydrochloride.Results: The Rhubarb, Berberine hydrochloride and Baicalin can be determined by TLC. The contents of total anthraquinone, berberine hydrochloride and baicalin weren't lower than 6.0mg, 7.0mg and 22.0mg per granule, respectively. Conclusions:The methods are simple, sensitive, accurate and with a good reproducibility.
