氯吡格雷治疗急性冠脉综合征的疗效观察

目的:观察氯吡格雷治疗急性冠脉综合征(ACS)的临床疗效。方法:120例ACS患者随机均分为治疗组和对照组。对照组采用阿司匹林常规治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上口服氯吡格雷75mg·d-1,qd。2组均治疗6个月后评价临床疗效,治疗前、后测定血清血小板P选择素和C反应蛋白水平。结果:治疗组临床疗效总有效率为93.3%,显著高于对照组(75.0%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组血小板P选择素和C反应蛋白水平显著降低,与治疗前和对照组治疗后比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组均未见不良反应发生。结论:氯吡格雷治疗ACS临床疗效好,可以抑制血小板活化和炎性反应达到抗血栓目的。

Efficacy Observation of Clopidogrel in the Treatment of Acute Coronary Syndrome

OBJECTIVE： To observe the clinical efficacy of clopidogrel in the treatment of acute coronary syndrome （ACS）. METHODS： 120 ACS patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Both groups were given convention- al treatment of aspirin, and treatment group was additionally given clopidogrel. Clinical efficacies of 2 groups were evaluated after 6 months, and serum platelet P-selectin and CRP levels were determined before and after treatment. RESULTS： The total effective rate of treatment group was 93.3%, which was significantly higher than that of control group （75.0%）, there was statistical signifi- cance （P〈0.05） ; after treatment, platelet P-selectin and CRP levels were significantly reduced in treatment group, compared with before treatment and control group, there was statistical difference （P〈0.05）. CONCLUSION： Clopidogrel is effective in the treat- ment of ACS and can inhibit platelet activation and inflammatory response in order to achieve the goal of antithrombotic.
