多发性硬化患者血清瘦素及性激素水平的变化及意义

目的探讨多发性硬化(MS)患者血清瘦素(leptin)及性激素水平的变化及其临床意义。方法采用放射免疫法对31例活动期MS患者、22例缓解期MS患者和40例健康对照者的血清leptin、性激素水平进行检测。结果活动期MS患者血清leptin、雌激素水平显著高于缓解期MS患者和对照组(P<0.01),而雄激素水平明显降低(P<0.01);经过糖皮质激素治疗后活动期MS患者血清leptin水平、雄激素水平均明显降低(P<0.01),而雌激素水平显著升高(P<0.01)。结论活动期MS患者血清leptin水平、雌激素水平升高,雄激素水平明显降低,且与MS的疗效密切相关。leptin水平升高及性激素水平紊乱可能与MS的活动性相关,降低血清leptin水平可能是激素治疗MS的一个作用机制。

Study on change of serum leptin levels and sex hormone expression in patients with multiple sclerosis

Objective To explore the change of serum leptin levels and serum sex hormone expression in patients with multiple sclerosis(MS) and its clinical significance.Methods A quantitative radioimmunity methods according to the manufactur,s protocol was adopted to detect serum leptin levels and serum sex hormone levels in 31 active MS patients,22 remission MS patients and 40 normal.Results The serum leptin level and the serum serum androgenic hormone levels in active MS patients increase(P<0.01),but the serum estrogen hormone levels decreased(P<0.01).Significant decreased serum leptin level and the serum estrogen hormone levels were observed after methylprednisolone treatment in active MS patients(P<0.01).Conclusion The serum leptin level and the serum serum androgenic level were high in active MS patients and it is related to therapeutic effect.The serum leptin increased and sex hormone is abnormal which were correlated with dysfunction immunity function of MS patients degrading serum leptin level may be possible mechanism of action of glucocorticoid in MS.
