六味参苓颗粒的质量标准研究

摘    要:目的:建立六味参苓颗粒的质量控制方法。方法:采用薄层色谱(TLC)法对处方中西洋参、黄芪、麦冬、茯苓、枳壳进行定性鉴别;采用高效液相色谱法测定西洋参中人参皂苷Rb1的含量。结果:TLC专属性强,阴性对照无干扰;人参皂苷Rb1的浓度在26.4~792.0μg·mL-1范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9997),方法平均回收率为98.35%,RSD=2.09%(n=6)。结论:所建方法简便、可行,可用于六味参苓颗粒的质量控制。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE: To establish the quality control of Liuwei shenling granules. METHODS: Panax quinquefolium, As- tragali Radix, Ophiopogon japonicus, Poria cocos and Citrus aurantium were identified by TLC. The content of ginsenoside Rb1 in Panacis Quinquefolii Radix was determined by HPLC. RESULTS: The TLC identification method exhibited good specificities with- out interference form negative samples. The linear range of ginsenoside Rbl was 26.4-792.0 μg. mL^-1(r= 0.999 7) and the aver- age recovery was 98.35% (RSD=2.09% ,n=6). CONCLUSION: The established standard is simple, feasible and suitable for the quality control of Liuwei shenling granules.
