临床药师参与1例骨结核患者药学监护案例分析

目的:探讨并分析骨结核治疗情况。方法:通过1例骨结核案例,分析骨结核药物治疗方案、抗结核药物副作用、患者用药指导,以及评估抗菌药物使用情况,讨论喹诺酮类药物在骨结核的治疗作用。结果与结论:骨结核的治疗同肺结核一致,差别在于骨结核的治疗疗程需延长至9个月。长达9个月的治疗疗程,需注意药品不良反应及患者的依从性,从而提高治愈率。合并其他细菌感染的治疗需考虑患者感染的部位、住院时间、是否有导管等,选择合适的抗菌药物进行治疗;喹诺酮类药物作为二线抗结核药物,可在敏感菌感染时优先选择使用。

Analysis of Pharmaceutical Care for Bone Tuberculosis by Clinical Pharmacist

OBJECTIVE： To investigate and analyze the treatment of bone tuberculosis. METHODS： By analyzing antitubercu- losis regimen, drug adverse reaction and patient medication education and evaluating antibiotic use in a case of bone tuberculosis, the effect of fluoroquinolones in the treatment of bone tuberculosis was investigated. RESULTS＆CONCLUSIONS： The treatment for pulmonary tuberculosis is in line with that of bone tuberculosis, but the difference is the treatmence course of bone tuberculosis last for 9 months. During 9 months of treatment, drug adverse reaction and compliance of patience should be paid attention to im- prove cure rate. We should consider about the location of infection, length of hospital stay, whether to have set an intravenous cath- eter line to choose suitable antibiotics. Fluoroquinolones as secondary antituberculosis drugs is first choice for treating sensitive or- ganism infection.
