摘    要:目的:建立测定丁苯那嗪原料药含量的方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法。色谱柱为Lichrospher C18,流动相为乙腈-50mmol·L-1醋酸铵缓冲液(pH4.50)=80:20,流速为0.8mL·min-1,检测波长为280nm。结果:丁苯那嗪检测浓度线性范围为0.1~5.0mg·mL-1(r=0.9991),平均回收率为99.93%,RSD为0.78%。结论:该方法简便可靠,可用于丁苯那嗪原料药的含量测定。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE:To determine the content of tetrabenazine raw material.METHODS:HPLC method was adopted.Lichrospher C18 column was used with the mobile phase of acetonitrile-50 mmol·L-1 ammonium acetate buffer(pH=4.50)(80:20) at the flow rate of 0.8 mL·min-1.The detection wavelength was set at 280 nm.RESULTS:The linear range of tetrabenazine was 0.1~5.0 mg·mL-1(r=0.999 1) with an average recovery of 99.93%(RSD=0.78%).CONCLUSIONS:The method is simple and reliable.It can be used for the content determination of tetrabenazine raw material.
