社区高血压患者血压控制影响因素及综合干预的调查分析

目的:为提高社区高血压患者血压控制水平提供参考。方法:采用自行设计的调查问卷对1120例高血压患者进行调查,对血压控制影响因素进行单因素χ2检验和多因素非条件Logistic回归分析;随机选取120例社区高血压患者,均分为干预组与对照组;运用时间治疗学理论对2组进行综合干预。结果:患者服药认知、服药依从性、生活方式和血压监测为血压控制的影响因素;经4个月的时间治疗学干预后,干预组血压控制率为86.7%,对照组血压控制率为25.0%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:为高血压患者制定个体化健康指导方案、定期随访、开展健康教育等综合干预措施是高血压社区防治工作最行之有效的办法。

Investigation and Analysis of Influential Factors of Blood Pressure Control in Community Hypertension Pa- tients and Integrated Intervention

OBJECTIVE： To provide reference for the improvement of blood pressure control in community hypertensive pa- tients. METHODS ： Questionnaire survey was conducted among 1 120 hypertension patients by self-designed questionnaires. The sin- gle-factor test and multivariate unconditional logistic regression analysis were conducted on influential factors of blood pressure con- trol; 120 patients were randomly divided into intervention group and control groups, comprehensive intervention was carried out in 2 groups with the theory of chronotherapeutics. RESULTS： 4 influential factors of blood pressure control were patient medication knowledge, medication compliance, lifestyle and blood pressure monitoring; after 4 months of hypertension intervention with the theory of chronotherapeutics, the rate of blood pressure control was 86.7% in intervention group and 25.0% in control group, there was statistical significance （P〈0.01）. CONCLUSION： The effective way to prevent and cure hypertension is the formulation of in- dividualized guidance, regular follow-up, the development of health education and other comprehensive intervention measures.
