坎地沙坦联合比索洛尔治疗高血压合并左心室肥厚及改善心功能的临床观察

目的:观察坎地沙坦联合比索洛尔治疗高血压合并左心室肥厚的临床效果。方法:将我院2010年8月-2011年7月收治的门诊或住院高血压患者78例随机均分为观察组与治疗组,观察组给予坎地沙坦联合比索洛尔治疗,对照组给予比索洛尔联合左旋氨氯地平治疗。2组均治疗12个月。结果:2组治疗后肝肾功能、血常规与治疗前比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。2组患者治疗3个月后的血压与治疗前比较均显著下降(P<0.05),2组治疗后血压比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。2组患者治疗12个月后,左心室舒张末期内径(LVIDd)、室间隔舒张末期厚度(IVST)、左心室舒张末期后壁厚度(LVPWT)、心肌质量(LVM)、左心室质量指数(LVMI)与治疗前比较显著下降(P<0.05),射血分数(EF)与E/A显著升高(P<0.05);且观察组结果显著优于对照组。结论:坎地沙坦联合比索洛尔能够有效控制患者血压,并能够有效逆转左心室肥厚,改善心功能。

Clinical Observation of Candesartan Combined with Bisoprolol for Hypertension Complicating with Left Ventricular Hypertrophy and .the Improvement of Heart Function

OBJECTIVE： To observe the clinical efficacy of candesartan combined with bisoprolol for hypertension complicat- ing with left ventricular hypertrophy and the improvement of heart function. METHODS： 78 inpatients and outpatients with hyper- tension in our hospital from Aug. 2010 to Jul. 2011 were chose and randomly divided into observation group and control group by single blind method. Observation group received candesartan and bisoprolol, while the control group received bisoprolol only. RE- SULTS： There was no obvious difference in hepatic and renal function and the routine blood test in both groups before and after treatment （P〉0.05）. Compared with before treatment, the blood pressure of patients in both groups was dropped obviously after the treatments of 3 months （P〈0.05）. There was no obvious difference in the blood pressure between 2 groups after the treatments （P;〉0.05）. The levels of LVIDd, IVST, LVPWT, LVM and LVMI were obviously decreased in both 2 groups after the treatments of 12 months （P〈0.05） while the levels of EF and E/A were increased obviously （P〈0.05）. The levels of LVDd, VST, LVPWT and LVMI in observation group were obviously lower than in control group while the levels of EF and E/A were increased obvious- ly after treatment （P〈0.05）. CONCLUSION： Candesartan combined with bisoprolol is very useful to control the blood pressure of patients while the left ventricular hypertrophy could be effectively reversed and the heart function could be improved.
