摘    要:目的:介绍我院门诊药房绩效工资二次分配方案的改革与实施效果。方法:通过改变发药流程、细化岗位分工、明确岗位职责、重新设定绩效工资系数、制定奖惩考核细则、改变核算规则等建立门诊药房绩效工资二次分配方案,并以患者取药等候时间及窗口服务满意度等为指标进行评价。结果与结论:实施新的分配方案后,患者取药平均等待时间从8min降到5min,药房窗口服务满意度从91%左右升到96%左右。新方案体现了按劳分配、多劳多得、优劳优得、效绩优先、兼顾公平的原则,调动了药剂人员积极性,从而提高了服务质量。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE: To introduce the establishment and effects of secondary distribution program of performance-related pay in outpatient pharmacy of our hospital. METHODS : Through changing the dispensing process, refining division of labor posi- tions, defining job responsibilities, resetting coefficient of performance-related pay, formulating rewards and punishment rules, changing the accounting rules and so on, the secondary distribution program of performance-related pay had been established in out- patient pharmacy, and then the program was evaluated with waiting time and satisfaction as index. RESULTS & CONCLUSIONS: After the implementation of new distribution program, the average waiting time of patients who get the medicine is reduced from 8 min to 5 rain. The satisfaction degree of patients to window service has been improved from about 91% to about 96%. New pro- gram manifests the principle of distribution according to work; the greater the contribution, the higher the pay; the better the contri- bution, the better the pay; give priority to efficiency with due consideration to fairness. The enthusiasm of pharmaceutical personnel's is fully aroused. Thereby the quality of service has been improved.
