儿童微量元素含量分析

摘    要:目的:了解微量元素在儿童不同时期的变化规律;方法:采用原子吸收分光光度法检测804例儿童微量元素锌、钙、铁;结果:婴儿组缺铁和缺锌的比例最高,学龄组缺钙的比例最高;结论:婴儿组微量元素锌、铁缺乏较高可能与喂养不足和食物的单一化有关,学龄组微量元素钙缺乏较高与较快的生长发育有关,每组儿童微量元素含量的高低对合理补充微量元素有重要的指导作用。

Abstract:Objective:To explore the change regularity of microelements at all periods of chilhood.Methods:Zinc (Zn), calcium (Ca) and iron (Fe) of 804 children were determined by atomic absorption spectrophotometer.Results:The samples at babyhood were the most short of Zn and Fe, and ones at school age were the most short of Ca.Conclusion:Zn and Fe lack in infants should be related to feeding deficiency and simplified foods and Ca lack in school age children should be related to their over rapid growth. The microelement levels at all childhood could play an important role in guide of reasonable microelements supplement.
