广州地区肺功能检查专用呼吸过滤器应用现状的调查和分析

目的：对广州地区肺功能专用呼吸过滤器的应用现状进行调查。方法：通过走访或电话问访．对广州地区74家医院进行问卷调查。结果：41．9％（31／74）的医院已开展肺功能检查，其中三级医院有23家，占74．2％（23／31），二级医院有8家，占25．8％（8／31）。在已开展肺功能检查的医院中，41．9％（13／31）的医院目前有使用呼吸过滤器，主要为三级医院，占84．6％（11／13）。在目前有使用呼吸过滤器的医院中，15．4％（2／13）的医院用于所有受试者，30．8％（4／13）的医院仅用于经济条件较好的受试者，53．8％（7／13）的医院用于有明显病情需要的受试者。对已开展肺功能检查的医院但未使用呼吸过滤器的原因进行进一步调查，其中27．8％（5／18）的医院表示“使用呼吸过滤器成本较高”；22．2％（4／18）的医院认为“呼吸过滤器与仪器接口不配套”。目前常用的肺功能检查专用呼吸过滤器主要为一次性抛弃型产品，在使用一次性呼吸过滤器的医院中，53．8％（7／13）的医院将使用后的过滤器消毒后循环使用．7．7％（1／13）的医院将一次性过滤器给同一个患者多次使用，30．8％（4／13）的医院将其作为一次性医疗垃圾进行处理后丢弃.结论：目前广州地区医院肺功能检查中呼吸过滤器的使用率较低且大多数医院使用不规范，应引起重视。[著者文摘]

A questionnaire survey on application of respiratory filters in pulmonary function testing in GuangZhou

Objective: To Assess the application of respiratory filters in pulmonary function testing(PFT) in GuangZhou City. Methods: A questionnaire survey was performed in 74 hospitals in GuangZhou City. Results: PFT had been conducted in 41.9%(31/74) of the responders, of which 41.9%(13/31) are using respiratory filters. The application rates of large hospitals and middle hospitals were 47.8%(11/23) and 25%(2/8), respectively. 27.8%(5/18) of the hospitals conducted PFT without respiratory filters indicate that the filters are pretty costly, while 22.2%（4/18）consider that the filters did not fit the measurements well. The filters clinically using nowadays are all disposable, but only 30.8%（4/13）of the hospitals using filters disposed of the filters after use, while 53.8%（7/13）reuse the disposable filters. Conclusions: Noteworthiness from the study is that the application rate of respiratory filters in PFT lab was rather low, and most of the hospitals use filters not according to the specification.
