| 摘 要： | 目的:观察护理干预措施在一次性便携式弹性输液泵应用中的临床效果。方法:观察组30例,每天注药,每3 h观察测量,记录泵柱的长度,计算剩余药量,酌情采取护理措施;对照组30例一次性注入所需药物,给予常规护理措施。比较两组泵注完成的准确性及用药后的不良反应。结果:观察组在泵注时间准确性以及用药所致静脉炎方面均优于对照组(P<0.01和P<0.05)。结论:积极有效的护理干预措施使药物能安全、匀速、准确地进入体内,减少了用药后的不良反应,提高了患者满意度,值得在临床上推广。
