耳毒性药物破坏前庭功能后前庭功能恢复的观察

随访应用庆大霉素及硫酸链霉素治疗严重梅尼埃病47例的前庭功能状态。其中以庆大霉素鼓室注射25例,2例分别于治疗后5、7个月眩晕复发;以硫酸链霉素外半规管灌注19例,2例分别于治疗后5、6个月眩晕复发;以硫酸链霉素肌注3例,1例于治疗后10个月复查,发现前庭功能恢复。此5例ENG检查示眼震持续时间恢复平均41秒。据此认为,人类前庭毛细胞受耳毒性抗生素损害后出现的前庭症状复发及功能恢复现象,推测可能为前庭毛细胞再生所致。但对此尚需获取更多的功能检查和形态学证据。

The recovery of vestibular function destroyed by aminoglycoside(report of 5 patients)

47 patients with disabled MD were treated with gentamicin and streptomycin. The inlratympana and gentamicin were instilled in 25 cases,and the labyrinth was administered with streptomycin perfusion in 19 cases. The recurrence of vertigo was observed of the two groups (two in each group >at 5th,7th and , 5th, 6th month after treatment respectively in four cases. 3 patients with bilateral Meniere's disease were treated by intromuscular streptomycin. Of them,one patient had their vertigo recurrence at 10 month after treatment. Nystagmus duration was measured by ENG . The results showed that the longest was 50 seconds ,the shortest was 41 seconds aver-agely . Our clinical observation demonstrated partial recovery of vestibular function in a few patients with Meniere's disease following aminoglycoside antibiotics (gentamicin and streptomycin) treatment. It would appear that recovery of vestibular function in Meniere's disease after aminno-glycoside antiobiotics treatment is presumed to be the phenomena of regeneration of vestibular hair cells.further study is needed.
