Abstract: | Male and female albino mice, with an existing natural infection of the cestode,Hymenolepis nana harbour significantly fewer experimentally infectedMicrophallus pygmaeus with significantly fewer eggs in their uteri than their counterparts in which the cestode infection had been eliminated by treatment with piperazine citrate. |
