| 摘 要： | 着重讨论陈旧性肩关节脱位的手术治疗。我院自1963年12月～1988年6月共收治23例,均采用手术切开复位法治疗、优良率73.9％、疗效满意。作者认为陈旧性肩关节前脱位不宜手法复位、对年轻病人、关节软骨面完好者、应当行切开复位。
