| 摘 要： | 检测慢性乙型肝炎(CHB)患者血清可溶性细胞间粘附分子-1(sICAM-1)、白细胞介素18(IL-18)水平，探讨sICAM-1、IL-18变化规律及临床意义。采用ELISA法对慢性乙型肝炎患者血清sICAM-1、IL-18水平进行测定。慢性乙型肝炎患者血清sICAM-1．,IL-18水平明显高于健康对照组；且二者呈正相关。sICAM-1、IL-18可能参与慢性肝炎的损伤过程。 |

| Abstract: | To investigate the changes and clinical significances of serum sICAM-1 and IL-18 levels in the patients with chronic hepatitis B. The sICAM-1 and IL-18 levels in serum of the patients with chronic hepatitis B were detected by ELISA. The sICAM-1 and IL-18 levels were significantly higher than those of healthy groups. Moreover, there was a close positive correlation between sICAM-1 and IL-18. The sICAM-1 and IL-18 may participate in liver inflammatory injury process. |
