| 摘 要： | 采用流式细胞术结合抗体荧光标记法，观察“强力方”治疗重症肌无力临床疗效及对外周血淋巴细胞表型的影响，并与西药泼尼松进行疗效对比。结果；经用“强力方”治疗临床症状改善，ＣＤ＾＋４－ＩＬ－２Ｒ，Ｔｃ（ＣＤ＾＋８，ＣＤ＾＋２８）百分率以及ＣＤ４／ＣＤ８比值下调，同时ＮＫ，ＣＤ＾＋８，Ｔｓ（ＣＤ＾＋８／ＣＤ＾－２８）上升。

| Abstract: | Withflowcelltechniqueandfluorescencelabeling,theclinicaleffectofpowerfulformulainthetreatmentofmyastheniagravisanditsinfluencetolymphocytephenotypeofperipheralbloodwereobservedandcomparedwiththetherapeuticeffectofprednisone.Theresultsshowedthatafterapplicationofpowerfulformula,clinicalsymptoswererelieved,thepercentageofCD4 ,IL2R,TC(CD8 ,CD28 )andCD4/CD8ratiodecreased,andatsametimeNK,CD8 ,TS(CD8 ,CD28-)increased,indicatingthatpowerfulformulahasaregulatoryfunctionincellularimmunityforMGpatients,thereisnosignificantdifferenceinthetotaltherapeuticeffectbetweenitandprednisoneandlongtermadministrationofitwillnotpresentsideeffect. |
