高效液相色谱法测定豆制品中酸性橙Ⅱ和酸性金黄

摘    要:本文探讨高效液相色谱法测定豆制品中酸性橙Ⅱ和酸性金黄含量的方法,豆制品中酸性金黄Ⅱ经粉碎,提取,过滤,得到的样品提取液用高效液相色谱测定,流动相是甲醇乙酸铵0.02mol/L=75+25,在检测波长450nm时,流速1.0ml/min测定,色谱柱为SymmetryC18(250mm×4.6mmid,5μm)。

Abstract:A sensitive and accurate High Performance Liquid Chromatography determinate of Acid OrangeⅡand orange B in bean sample.Acid OrangeⅡand orange B were extract from bean sample with the HPLC method was used to analyze estradiel.The optimized detection parameters were as follows:the colum was Symmetry C18 (250 mm×4.6 mmid,5 μm),the mobile phase was methanol-aninoacetate (0.02 mmol/ml)=75:25,The phase flow rate was 1.0 ml/min.The UV detector was set at 450 nm.
