| 摘 要： | 本文通过单向琼脂免疫扩散法,对50例健康产妇分娩时及产后4个月内,进行了母乳及产妇血清免疫成分IgG、IgA、IgM和补体C_3含量的连续检测,结果表明:免疫球蛋白在初乳中含量很高,特别是分泌型IgA(SIgA)产后头两天的含量远远高于产妇血清中IgA含量。说明母乳喂养对提高小儿被动免疫水平及早期获得抵抗婴儿时期多种传染病的能力具有重要价值。

| Abstract: | In this study,the quantities of immune bodies,-such as IgG,IgA,IgM and complement C3 in the breast milk and serum of 50 healthy postpartum mother during the first 4 months of the lactational stages were serially observed.Radial immuno diffusion method was used for determination.Results suggested that colostrum milk contains large amounts of immunoglobulins.Especially the secretory type IgA (SIgA) reaches peak level in 1st and 2nd day after delivery.It is quite higher than IgA in maternal serum.Since colostrum milk is rich of immune bodies,early breast feeding can promote passive immunity and protect the body against some infectious diseases during infancy. |
