超声引导弹簧切割针在胸膜活检中的应用价值

目的探讨超声引导下弹簧切割针在胸膜活检中的临床应用价值.方法对我院超声诊断为胸腔积液的382例患者行超声引导下针刺胸膜活检以明确病因并对临床资料进行回顾性分析.结果弹簧切割针胸膜活检取材成功率为87.1%,确定诊断率77.2%.结论超声引导弹簧切割针胸膜活检是一种简便、快捷、安全、有效、可重复性强的介入性诊断手段,可提高恶性胸膜炎的确诊率,且并发症较少.

The clinical value of ultrasonically guided cutting-needle biopsy with type Gallini in the diagnosis of pleural diseases

Objective To evaluate the clinical value of ultrasonically guided cutting-needle biopsy (UGCB) with type Gallini in the diagnosis of pleural diseases. Methods A total of 382 patients with pleural effusion undergoing UGCB with type Gallini, from July 1994 to November 2004, were retrospectively analyzed. Results The success rate of obtaining specimens by UGCB was 87.1% , and the definitive rate of pathologic diagnosis was 77.2%. Conclusions UGCB with type Gallini is a safe, simple, facile and effective means for diagnosing pleural effusion. It can improve the sensitivity of diagnosis of malignant pleural effusion, with fewer complications. In addition, it is an optimal method of pleural biopsy for patients with unknown-cause pleural effusion.
