腹腔镜治疗子宫恶性肿瘤术后护理的研究

目的通过对比子宫恶性肿瘤患者经腹腔镜手术和腹式手术对术后护理措施的影响,探讨经腹腔镜行子宫恶性肿瘤手术后护理常规。方法将患者分成经腹腔镜手术组和腹式手术组,分别对2组手术后患者实施相应的护理措施并进行对比。结果经腹腔镜手术组患者术后排气时间、下床活动时间、留置尿管时间、腹胀天数、术后住院时间明显减少,疼痛程度明显减低,有显著性差异(P<0.05);术后并发症与腹式手术比较,内脏损伤、术后出血未见显著性差异,但应特别重视因人工气腹所带来的问题。结论经腹腔镜对妇科恶性肿瘤进行手术治疗,可明显减少术后护理人员日常工作量,但护理措施也有所不同,重点应加强术后并发症的观察及护理。

Study on the postoperative nursing for malignant uterine tumor patients underwent laparoscopic operation

Objective To explore the postoperative nursing routine of malignant uterine tumor patients underwent laparoscopic operation through comparing the influences of the two operating modes(laparoscopic or abdominal operation) in postoperative nursing countermeasures.Methods Subjects were divided into the laparoscopic group and the abdominal group.The corresponding nursing countermeasures were performed and compared for the patients after the operation.Results Subjects' s exhaust time,off-bed activity time,time of indwelling catheter,days of abdominal distention and hospital days after the operation were obviously shortened in the laparoscopic group,and the pain degree significantly alleviated,showing a significant difference(P<0.05).While their postoperative complications,such as visceral injury and bleeding were similar.However,emphasis should be laid on issues related with artificial pneumoperitoneum.Conclusions Postoperative routine workload of nursing personnel can be reduced by the laparoscopic operations on malignant uterus tumor patients. Nursing countermeasures of the two operating modes(laparoscopic or abdominal operation) are different.The observation and nursing care on postoperative complications should be emphasized.
