| 摘 要： | 通过联合采用前臂桡动脉逆行皮瓣转移加腹部带蒂皮瓣移植,治疗一例右手背和前臂伸侧严重脱粒机伤,效果满意。手、臂严重脱粒机伤的早期治疗原则,关键在彻底清创和用血供丰富的皮瓣复盖深部组织的裸露创面。应用前臂逆行皮瓣转移复盖手、臂皮肤缺损的创而,具有血供丰富和技术简单的优点,值得临床推广。

| Abstract: | Reversed radial artery forearm flap transference plus pedical abdominal flap transplantation werd performed in a case of severe corn strip ping machine injury of the dorsal side of right forerearm and hand, gaining per primam intentionem.Thorough debridement and resurfacing of the deep wound defect by flaps with abundant blood supply sre emphasized; technique of reversed forearm flap transference is mainly the same as the forearm free flap transplantation, but the former is safer and simpler as vascular anastomosis is no more required. |
