| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨护士的精神状态对护士的行为适应的影响。方法 采用精神症状全国量表 (CPRS)及护士工作问卷分别对 6 6名护士的精神状态及行为适应进行调查。结果 精神状态不良组比精神状态良好组的护士的行为适应差异有极显著性。结论 护士的精神状态对护士的行为适应产生重要的影响

| Abstract: | Objective To survey the effects of mental status of nurses on thair.Method With the CPRS and nursing questionnaire survey,the 66 nurses were in volved.Result The differences were very significant between the two groups.Conclusion The nurses' mental status are very important factor to their behaviour adaptation. |
