自拟治溃汤治疗消化性溃疡临床观察

目的]观察自拟方治溃汤治疗消化性溃疡的临床疗效。方法]将88例患者随机分为治疗组58例。对照组30例,治疗组用治溃汤汤剂治疗,对照组用奥美拉唑胶囊治疗。结果]治疗组总有效率为96.5%,对照组总有效率为83.3%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论]治溃汤治疗消化性溃疡有显著疗效。

Clinical Study of Treating Peptic Ulcer With Self-zhikui Deconetion

Objective] To study the clinical efficacy of Zhikui deconetion on trenting peptic ulcer. Methods ] 88 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group of 58 patients was adminstered witfi self - zhikui deconetion. The control group of 30 patients was adminstered with omeprazole capsule. Results]The total effective rate of treatment group is 96.5% ,The total effective rate of control group is 83.3%. There was a significant difference between the two groups （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion] There was a significant theraputic effect of Zhikui deconetion on the treatment of peptic ulcer.
