苦碟子注射液治疗冠心病心绞痛44例

[目的]探讨苦碟子注射液在冠心病心绞痛治疗中的应用效果。[方法]将84例冠心病心绞痛患者分成两组，两组患者均常规服消心痛片、阿司匹林片及硝苯地平片。治疗组患者在此基础上给予苦碟子注射液20mL＋5％葡萄糖静滴，1次／日，2周为1个疗程。治疗前后观察心绞痛症状、心电图变化。[结果]治疗组症状改善93．2％，心电图改善75．0％；对照组症状改善85％，心电图改善57．5％，治疗组疗效优于对照组（P〈0．05）。[结论]苦碟子注射液治疗冠心病心绞痛疗效显著，是治疗心血管疾病较为理想的中药制剂。

KuDieZi injection in treatment of 44 cases of angina pectoris

[ Objective ] To investigate KuDieZi injection in the treatment of angina pectoris results. [ Methods ] 84 cases of patients with angina pectoris were divided into two groups, two groups of patients were taking conventional isosorbide dinitrate tablets, aspirin tablets and nifedipine tablets. Treatment group patients to give up on this basis KuDieZi add 20mL injection in 5% glucose solution intravenously ,at once/day,2 weeks for a course of treatment. Before and after treatment to observe symptoms of angina, ECG changes. [ Results ] The treatment group 93.2% improvement in symptoms, ECG improvement of 75.0% ; control group,85.0 percent improvement in symptoms, ECG improvement of 57.5% , efficacy of the treatment group than the control group （P 〈 0. 05 ）. [ Conclusion ] KuDieZi injection in treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease significandy, are more ideal treatment of cardiovascular diseases in Chinese medicine preparations.
